They aim to:
- Empower all Australians with the knowledge, skills and habits needed to take ownership of their health and make smarter choices for the future.
- Reduce the economic burden on our nation's health care system and to ensure our kids have a future free from sickness and chronic disease.
- Prevent and fight childhood diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease by treating the CAUSE not the symptoms!

Obesity Prevention Australia is a health promotion charity focused on funding healthy lifestyle education programs within communities across Australia. Through implementing sustainable, hands on developmental programs throughout our 7 ‘Healthy Australia’ initiatives we aim to help educate and empower Australians with the tools to consistently make healthier choices and take ownership of their health. By taking this long term approach we aim to prevent and reduce current rates of Type II diabetes, Obesity, CV disease, Hypercholesterolaemia and cancer in Australia.
