Hair donation for Alopecia
Story
Back in March I had decided to cut my hair (I rarely get a haircut!) and was google imaging some ideas. I discovered that you can donate your hair to charity so that it can be used to make wigs for people that suffer from alopecia. As I'm not grey yet, and my hair has no dye (might as well take advantage while I can!) I thought it would be a good use for it, instead of being swept into the bin at the salon!
The date for the cut is Saturday 31 October. I can't wait as I'm so tired of brushing knots out - but I'm so grateful at the same time to even have the opportunity. If you can, please support AAAF with a donation, or you might like to consider growing and donating your own!
