AITC Cambodian Service Project
AITC Cambodian Service Project
Story
The Australian Industry Trade College enrolls young people who desire to be the best apprentices and tradesmen and women for industry.
We are asking you to join us as we use our technical talents to improve the lives of the critically poor families of Cambodia this year, by making a gift according to your capacity, in the range of, $10, $50, $100 or $200.
"The Australian Industry Trade College Cambodian Service Project" will include a team of 30 who will join a Cambodian Non Government organization - New Hope Cambodia - www.newhopecambodia.org (also sponsored by Rotary here on the Gold Coast), in changing the lives of desperately poor families by providing the following
- building 2-3 homes (we can do this in two weeks)
- refurbishing a medical centre
- assisting learning and providing resources in a local school of 800 children
- training Cambodian locals in skills of carpentry, plumbing and hairdressing.
We are asking you to consider a gift which will be directly invested in helping us improve the lives of Cambodian families through using our technical talents.
Thank you for your consideration of this plan and I look forward to keeping you updated before during and after the project.
