Hi there!
As a Radiation Oncologist based in Newcastle for over 15 years, I've watched TROG evolve into a formidable clinical trials group, whose trials have made a difference to patient care and outcomes world wide over the years. Patients have benefited from access to trials close to home, and their specialists have benefited from being able to develop and run clinical trials across Australia and New Zealand. with local support.
In order to keep that access for patients and radiation oncology researchers going, I've signed up for Trek4TROG KOSI Challenge.. On a lighter note, its got me out walking again, which is also a good outcome!
I'm making a difference and running for a cause that's close to my heart. I’d appreciate any contribution, big or small.

TROG Cancer Research is a non-profit radiotherapy clinical trials group, which has been improving treatments and outcomes for cancer patients for almost 30 years. TROG researchers are working every day to improve the lives of people living with all types of cancer. Working with more than 200 cancer treatment centres internationally, TROG has launched over 100 trials with the help of 14,000 patients.
