Story
Hi there!
I'm making a difference and walking/running for a cause that's close to my heart.
I have suffered from obesity for the majority of my adult life, to the point of breaking my foot just taking my dog for a walk! I want to help in any way I can to help others that have suffered like I have.
I’d appreciate any contribution, big or small.

Obesity Prevention Australia is a health promotion charity focused on funding healthy lifestyle education programs within communities across Australia. Through implementing sustainable, hands on developmental programs throughout our 7 ‘Healthy Australia’ initiatives we aim to help educate and empower Australians with the tools to consistently make healthier choices and take ownership of their health. By taking this long term approach we aim to prevent and reduce current rates of Type II diabetes, Obesity, CV disease, Hypercholesterolaemia and cancer in Australia.
