Hi All!
Many children in this wealthy country are growing up below the poverty line, and as such are denied the opportunity to develop key reading and writing skills. Lacking these vital skills creates illiterate, unemployable adults who fall into the perpetual cycle of inter generational poverty.
Here is your opportunity to provide a child with a ticket. A ticket to the jungle with Gerald the Giraffe, a ticket to the bush with Grandma Poss and Hush, A ticket to woods with Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin, a ticket to imagination.
All and any donations are greatly appreciated and will be directly donated to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. Come on guys, A little goes a long way for a child in need.

Indigenous Literacy Foundation
Being able to read opens so many doors. But in very remote Indigenous communities, books are all too scarce and literacy levels are much lower than anywhere else in Australia. Our purpose is to make a difference to the lives of Indigenous families by not only gifting thousands of new culturally appropriate books - with a focus on early literacy and first language - but also by running programs to inspire the communities to tell and publish their own stories.
