Story
Dear Humanitarian,
This Eid, innocent women & children are experiencing catastrophic hunger.
More than 32,000 people have been killed and over 2.2 million people have been affected.
Intensive bombardment has displaced over 1.9 million Palestinians in Gaza, most of whom are now forced to live in camps, with little to no access to medical care, water or food.
Starvation is imminent. Disease is rife. Thousands of innocent lives including children are in immediate life threatening danger.
Despite the enormous challenges in delivering aid, CARE is responding directly to this crisis in Gaza and is now able to ensure vital humanitarian aid will get to where it is most needed.
Please give generously to the Gaza Appeal so that CARE can immediately provide lifesaving aid and services to the millions of people in Gaza who desperately need it.
I work with CARE Australia and have chosen to both donate and fundraise to assist Gazans through CARE Australia because I have confidence in their capacity to deliver aid effectively.
