I will be undertaking a week of silence from the 24th to 30th Apri to raise awareness about the silence in our community in relation to mental illness and suicide prevention.

Lifeline Canberra telephone crisis supporters listen with care and acceptance, whatever the circumstance, and provide support and information to people in need. As an integral part of the Canberra landscape, we continue to promote community and individual resilience. Each day our staff and volunteers fight to save the next life.
