Hi there!
On the coming weekend, I will be completing a winter sleep out to address the issue of homelessness in our community. I hope that from this, I will gain donations from you and to spread awareness of this issue in our community.
The aim of my Go Fund page is to simultaneously raise a beneficial sum of money to improve the life of the Australians who are homeless, and also to create awareness for the issue of homelessness. This is an issue not only in Australia, but our community of South Australia. I hope that together, we can make a significant difference for a cause that has a profound impact across our state. I would appreciate any contribution, big or small, however, those who are receiving the outcome will more. My goal is partnered with Mission Australia, we will stand together and even if its just slightly, improve the living conditions and make a difference to the issue of homelessness.
Last year, Mission Australia alone supported 131,015 people across Australia from donators like yourself. Those who were supported loss their homes and their independence due to varying reasons, some of which were out of their own control. In South Australia, there is an estimated 22,000 homeless people. The two highest age brackets are 25-34 and children under the age of 12. This is the issue surrounding homelessness and why, not only Mission Australia and myself, need your help, but also the men, women and children of Australia.
Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to Mission Australia.
