Story
G'day All,
The mighty Quokkas Cricket Club are off to Adelaide for the weekend of October 19 to raise funds for Kickstart for Kids, a charity which provides support to disadvantaged children in South Australia.
We are aiming to raise $1,200, which is enough to provide breakfast to a disadvantaged school for a whole year.
The Quokkas will be playing a Kickstart XI on October 19 at St Peters River Park, Goss Ct, St Peters (Adelaide) from midday. Donations will be welcome on the day at the ground if you can make it, as well as through this site.
Aside from regular donations, the Quokkas are also taking donations on a performance basis (e.g. $5 per run, $10 per wicket) - though don't recommend this if we are going to feed anyone at all!!
