Fresh Feb 2018!
28 Days of Fresh Food!
Improve your health and wellbeing by making a commitment to eating as much fresh, healthy and nourishing food for the whole month of February. All donations raised go to Support OzHarvest, a wonderful organisation that provides meals to the homeless. $28 Donation Fee for your participation in the program.
$1 = 2 meals provided for the homeless
The rules are simple.
* Reduce your ‘packet’ eating – consume whole foods as close to their natural state as possible.
* Nothing artificial – if you can’t pronounce it or don’t have a clue what it is, it’s out!
* Give your liver a rest - lay off the booze for the month of February
* You’re sweet enough – limit refined sugars or sugary treats
* Eat the colours of the rainbow – go for at least 3 different colours on your plate at each meal.
Fall off the wagon or have a cheat meal? No problem, just get yourself back on track at your next meal! Health and wellbeing is all about choice. Inspire those around you by uploading pics of your fresh creations to Facebook or Instagram using #freshfeb2018
