Claire's Fundraising for Hope Education!

Story

"Education is the great engine of personal development. It is through education that the daughter of a peasant can become a doctor, that a son of a mineworker can become the head of the mine, that a child of farm workers can become the president..." Nelson Mandela.

Hope Education provides vital training to teachers in developing nations most of whom have had very little formal training and are given the task of teaching 80 students per class. Each year, teams of Aussie teachers travel to these nations and work alongside government and non-government teachers with the message that "teachers are more precious than gold."
