Addison Irving
Addison Irving
Story
Hey all,
As you know Addison was Diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease and Macrophage Activation Syndrome in December 2017. Both of these diseases are extremely rare, and it's a FACT that not enough is known about either.... Kawasaki disease is one of the leading causes of heart diseases in children in the world, We were lucky enough to have had an amazing medical team that saved Addisons life.
I ask that even if you can't donate that you share this, Every cent donated is going towards learning more about this rare disease and helping the families of children that have been/are still and may be effected.
To date, no cause of Kawasaki Disease has been identified. There is no known reason for this.
This page has been created to raise money to send parents/foundation organisers to the 12th Kawasaki symposium in Japan. And allow any/all information to be shared from world medical leaders, parents from around the world and Hopefully Dr Kawasaki himself (whom is now 93).
I'm making a difference and running for a cause that's close to my heart. I’d appreciate any contribution, big or small.
Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to my charity of choice.
Thanks so much for your support!
