Story
Hello friends & family,
I'm heading off to the Himalayan region once again in August 2019. This time on a trek to Upper Mustang in Nepal. I am fundraising to support the children and villagers of Chosar with their medical and educational needs. I'm aiming to raise $3,000 and I'd appreciate any contribution that you are able to make, big or small. Margie has been to Upper Mustang several time before and she knows that the funds raised will go directly to the Chosar village.
I hope I make it up those hills!!

The World Expeditions Foundation (WEF) is the not-for-profit entity of the World Expeditions Travel Group.
It is the aim of the World Expeditions Travel Group to integrate ‘regenerative’ projects into every one of our global operations by 2030 and raise funds through the World Expeditions Foundation to support these projects. The aim of regeneration is to leave a place and its people better than when it was found; to ensure the resources we enjoy today will be available for the generations that follow. Incorporated on 21 September 2007, World Expeditions Foundation Ltd ABN 36 127 619 925 (WEF) operates as a not-for-profit partner of World Expeditions Travel Group Pty Ltd ABN 98 001 424 568. On 3 March 2014, WEF was registered by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
The World Expeditions Foundation operates with a tight philosophy of ensuring that all donations are channelled in full to the projects. The board members all volunteer their time to operate the project, while the financial management is handled internally by the World Expeditions finance team. With this structure, there are no administration fees.
Donations are tax deductible for residents of Australia.
