Dear friends,
In these uncertain Covid-19 times, it remains to be seen whether my annual fundraising trek, returning to Upper Mustang, will proceed. Chances are it won't. However, what I can GUARANTEE is that every cent of every donation made to support the education of children at the small school in Chosar, on the Tibetan border, will go where it should.
The need for our support in Upper Mustang remains undiminished so I hope that together we can find a way to raise at least some crucial funds to continue to support the education of these children.
HOW CAN YOU HELP? By donating to this page and sharing on your social media (FB and Instagram) would be great. Education is the key to escaping the poverty trap and even the smallest donation makes an enormous difference.
MY PLEDGE. I'm giving a prize of one kilo of my 100% organic raw cool climate honey to the most generous donor. Second most generous donor will receive a fine wool hand dyed shawl from Kashmir.

The World Expeditions Foundation (WEF) is the not-for-profit entity of the World Expeditions Travel Group.
It is the aim of the World Expeditions Travel Group to integrate ‘regenerative’ projects into every one of our global operations by 2030 and raise funds through the World Expeditions Foundation to support these projects. Incorporated on 21 September 2007, World Expeditions Foundation Ltd ABN 36 127 619 925 (WEF) operates as a not-for-profit partner of World Expeditions Travel Group Pty Ltd ABN 98 001 424 568. On 3 March 2014, WEF was registered by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
The World Expeditions Foundation operates with a tight philosophy of ensuring that all donations are channelled in full to the projects. The board members all volunteer their time to operate the project, while the financial management is handled internally by the World Expeditions finance team. With this structure, there are no administration fees.
Donations are tax deductible for residents of Australia.
