Roughtober 2018
This year, the MHN Design Union team are sleeping rough for one night to help raise funds to support Sydney’s homeless.
We design and document beautiful homes and apartments every day, the issue of homelessness is close to our hearts and so we would appreciate every contribution, big or small, to help make a difference for those who are needing it most.
Donations made through this platform are tax deductible and secure and will be remitted directly through to the St John's Community Rough Edges campaign.
Because of your contribution St John’s are able to continue to provide a warm welcome to people who are dealing with homelessness, addiction and mental health challenges.
They will feed people who would otherwise go hungry, listen to people who would otherwise stay silent and provide legal and welfare services to support people who would otherwise face life alone.
The money we raise enables St Johns to operate Roughies with confidence, knowing that they will be able to cover the costs of operating in 2018.

St John's Community Services Limited (Rough Edges)
St John's Community Services Limited was established to fund and maintain a number of targeted services for the disadvantaged and marginalised in the Darlinghurst and Kings Cross area. Including:
Rough Edges Cafe -a place for the street community to have a coffee, enjoy a free meal and spend time together in a safe and welcoming environment
Banksia Women - a safe, judgement free space for women who have experienced domestic and family violence
St Johns Legal Service - we contract a solicitor to assist those needing help with free legal services and referrals.
